You can receive a bracelet of your choice completely free if you have purchased anything from Braceletts.eu before.

For this to happen, you have to tag our instagram (@braceletts.eu) in a post/story with our jewelry.

We will then select 1-3 winning photos/stories every week and send free bracelets of choice to the winners!

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, agents or outlets yet.

We focus on selling our jewelry directly from Braceletts.eu, to offer the highest quality possible, for the lowest price possible by avoiding unnecessary costs.

It is very easy and safe to order our products online though! Just let us know if you need any assistance.

The status of your order can be found on the confirmation page (confirmation of the order - you will receive a link to it on your email).

Due to the fact that we ship our jewelry from 3 different locations (warehouses), sometimes, a part of your order can arrive quicker, and the other part(s) come after that, sent as a separate parcel.

About our jewelry

In this section, you will find answers to the most common questions regarding our jewelry.

Most of our bracelets are made in USA, however, we also work with designers and jewelry makers in Spain, China and Japan. All bracelets/rings/necklaces are handmade by our artisans with love.

We do not advise our customers to go into the shower with any jewelry on.

If you wash your hands, please be careful with soap on the bracelets. It can chemically react to the silver/gold. Also, any other beads can be damaged.

Our products are not eligible for a refund/compensation/exchange, if they have any damage from water/chemicals.

Yes, all stones used in our jewelry are high quality, natural (genuine) stones.

Currently, we include free exclusive packaging with most of the jewelry from our Galaxy Collection, Insignia Collection and Moissanite Collection.

We are working hard to update our packaging for all of the other collections on our website.
